Due to health and safety requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on e-liquid, disposables, coils, pods, opened tanks, or other opened or used products.

Unopened and unused hardware may be eligible for online store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts. Please contact Orleans Vapor Company before returning anything. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Made-to-order e-liquid is final sale because flavor preferences, nicotine strength, and VG/PG selections are chosen by the customer. Some freshly made flavors may require steeping before reaching their full flavor.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have shipped. Please verify your products, options, nicotine strength, and shipping address before submitting your order.
