Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Any applicable sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery address and current tax requirements. The tax amount, if required, will appear in your order total before you submit payment.
I have a question on my charges.
  Review your order confirmation email or log in through "My Account / Order Status" to compare the order total with the charge. Shipping, applicable tax, discounts, and order changes may affect the final amount.

If you still have a question, contact Orleans Vapor Company with your order number, charge date, charge amount, and the last four digits of the payment card. For your security, never send your complete card number or security code.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print or save invoices.

Your original order confirmation email also contains your purchase details. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it. If you still need assistance, contact Orleans Vapor Company with your full name, email address, and order number.
When will my credit appear on my account?
 

If a return is approved, Orleans Vapor Company will issue the applicable online store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days after we receive the approved return for processing.

Store credit is connected to the customer account used for the original order. Contact us if the credit has not appeared after the processing period.

When will my credit card be charged?
 

Your payment card is charged when your order is successfully submitted. A confirmation email will be sent after the order is placed. Depending on your bank or card provider, the transaction may initially appear as pending before it is fully posted to your account.

If an order is not successfully completed, a temporary authorization may still appear and should be released according to your financial institution’s processing time.
