Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
	Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout before you submit payment. Add your products to the cart and enter your delivery address to view the available USPS shipping option and cost. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free shipping when all requirements are met.
How do I return my product?
	Contact Orleans Vapor Company before sending any product back. Eligible unopened and unused hardware may qualify for online store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain in their original packaging with all included parts. E-liquid, disposables, coils, pods, opened tanks, and other opened or used products are final sale. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
	Contact Orleans Vapor Company within 72 hours of delivery if you receive an incorrect product. Please provide your order number, the name of the product you ordered, and clear photographs of the product and packaging you received. Do not open or use the incorrect product while the issue is being reviewed. We will verify the order and help determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
	Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
