Shake Well
Shake the bottle thoroughly when it arrives and again
before filling your device. This helps keep the
ingredients evenly mixed.

Allow the Flavor to Develop
If a freshly made flavor is lighter than expected,
store it tightly closed in a cool, dark place and try
it again after several days.

Check Your Device
Weak, harsh or unusual flavor can be caused by an old
coil, incorrect wattage, insufficient coil saturation
or a liquid that is not suited to the device.

Contact Us for Help
If something still does not taste right, contact us
before changing or discarding the liquid. Tell us the
flavor, nicotine strength and device you are using.
Important:
Keep the bottle closed while storing it. We do not recommend
leaving e-liquid open overnight or refrigerating it to correct
a flavor problem.
Common Flavor Problems
Flavor Seems Weak
Shake the bottle, confirm that the coil is fully
saturated and check whether the coil needs replacing.
Fresh bakery, dessert and cream flavors may also need
additional development time.
Flavor Seems Harsh or Spicy
Stop using the liquid and check the nicotine strength,
coil condition, wattage and device compatibility.

Flavor Tastes Burnt
A burnt taste usually points to the coil or wick.
Replace a damaged coil and allow a new coil to become
fully saturated before use.
Flavor Seems Too Strong
Check whether an extra flavor option was selected and
confirm your device settings. Contact us before trying
to dilute or alter the liquid yourself.
Bottle Guidelines
Thicker e-liquid can require more pressure to pass through a
narrow bottle tip.
Trim Only if Necessary
If the opening is too small, carefully trim only a tiny
portion from the end of the tip. Cutting too much can
cause leaking or spills.
Prevent Spills
Keep the bottle upright, avoid excessive squeezing and
replace the cap securely after every use.

What affects how long a vape juice flavor lasts?
Flavor duration can vary based on the recipe, device,

Because these factors differ, no flavor can be guaranteed
to last longer for every customer.
What affects throat sensation?
Throat sensation is affected by nicotine strength, VG/PG
ratio, device power, airflow and coil condition. It is not
determined by flavor alone. Stop using the liquid and check
your setup if the sensation is unexpectedly harsh.
How do dessert flavors compare with menthol flavors?
Dessert flavors are generally rich and inspired by cakes,
creams, custards and other sweets. Menthol flavors have a
cooler profile and may include mint or icy fruit. Choose
according to whether you prefer rich sweetness or a
cooling finish.
How can I find out whether a flavor has added sweetener?
Recipes and product options can vary. Do not assume a
flavor is sweetener-free unless it is specifically

How should someone new choose a vape juice flavor?
Begin with a familiar flavor category such as fruit,
bakery, dessert, cream, menthol or tobacco. More
importantly, confirm that the juice type, nicotine
strength and VG/PG ratio are compatible with your device.
Which VG/PG ratio is commonly used for larger vapor clouds?
Higher-VG liquid, such as an 80% VG and 20% PG blend,
generally produces more vapor. It should only be used in
a compatible tank, coil and device that can properly wick
the thicker liquid.
Are natural flavorings better than artificial flavorings?
“Natural” and “artificial” describe the source or
production of a flavoring, but one is not automatically
better for every recipe or customer. Orleans Vapor Company
e-liquid may contain natural and artificial flavorings.
Which flavors are available with nicotine salts?
Orleans Vapor Company offers nicotine-salt pod juice in
